Shipping destinations

LABELVIA currently ships to the United States and supported European destinations shown at checkout. Orders are dispatched from Wuhan, China.

Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is free on all orders. Express shipping is not currently offered.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 hours after the order is placed. Order-processing time is separate from transit time.

Estimated transit time

Estimated transit time is 7–10 days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs processing, local conditions, weather or other carrier-related events.

European duties and import taxes

Orders shipped to supported European destinations are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Applicable import duties and taxes are handled by LABELVIA or collected as part of checkout where required, so customers should not be asked to pay additional import duties on delivery. If a carrier requests an unexpected import payment, contact us before paying it.
